Theres something about sugar beans curry that's just irresistible .this has always been a childhood favourite and continues to be a favourite dish of mine and my family. (My smaller kids are still in training to love beans tho) Check out this step by step guide on how to cook your own pot of Sugar Beans Curry in just over half an hour prep time. Ingredients 1 Large Onion chopped 1 kg lamb pieces 1 packet sugar beans 1 large tomato grated 1 tablespoon garlic & ginger paste 1 tsp Tumeric (Borrie) 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Fine Coriander Powder 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin) powder Braise 1 large onion in some oil over medium heat till soft and translucent. Add about 1 kg lamb pieces. Add Spices for a curry. 1 large tomato grated, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp tumeric, 1 tsp Koljana Powder, 1 tsp Barisha (optional) , 1 tsp Jeera, 2 tsp garlic Ginger paste, 1 stick cinnamon and 2 cardoman pods (optional)..also if you like u can add curry leaves and fresh Coriander. Add 1 pkt pre-soaked sugar beans. The beans must either be soaked overnight or what i did was soak the beans for abt 2 hrs in boiling water..as you can see thebeans goes into pot raw. Add some boiling water into pot to cover the beans Set time for 30 minutes Let it boil for 30 min. Put pot into Wonderbag for at least 3-4 hours Delicious and Ready to eat after 4 hours in Wonderbag cooking with NO ENERGY!!. Beans and Meat soft and tender.
