Falafel recipe.
500 g pkt Raw chick pea (soaked overnight )
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1-2 tsp salt
2 onion
4 cloves garlic
Handful of fresh parsley
Place all of the above in a food processor and mince together . (Do not cook the chickpea )
Make balls and deep fry
