1. Braise 2 onions till soft.
2. Add 2 cardoman pods and 1 stick of cinnamon
3. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic ginger paste.
4. Add 1 kg Lamb pieces on bone leave some of the fat on for a yummier Akhni
5. Add The following spices (1 tablespoon danya powder, 1 tsp tumeric, 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tablesppoon barishap, 1 tablespoon Jeera, 1-2 tsp salt)
6.Add 2 tomatoes grated.
7 Add 1 chopped green chilli and half bunch chopped fresh danya.
allow to cook together for about about 15 minutes and then add 2-3 potatoes cut into 8ths. cook for further 10 minutes then add 2.5 cups of Either Good Quality Basmati or in this case i used Alabama rice.
