Mix 1 packet yeast 10g into 1.5 cups lukewarm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons oil
In a seperate bowl mix 4 cups flour, 3 tablepoon sugar and 1 tsp salt
Mix dry with wet ingredients and kneed till the dough isnt sticky anymore.
Place in Wonderbag for an hour to raise to double in size. In Cold weather place a beanbag or hot water bottle under the bowl to quicken process.
Remove from Wonderbag and knock down dough.
Make into balls or in this case to get them this shape i roll a piece with my hand and make a knot and place on grease tray
Brush with egg , sprinkle sesame seeds
Bake on 180 degrees for 25-30 min.
