Recipe:
Fish Curry with Coconut milk:
2 large onions chopped and braised.
Add 1 large tomato chopped.
Add 3 cloves of fresh crushed garlic.
Add spices ( 1 tsp jeera powder, half teaspon tumeric, 1 tsp koljana powder, half teaspoon chilli powder or more for a hotter curry)
Once golden brown and soft remove from stove and liquidise mixture till everything in pot is fairly smooth. Mix in small sachet of tomato paste and half tin coconut milk. and bring to cook on medium heat. pack about 8 pieces of rinsed snoek into the sauce and cut some fresh dunya and 3 curry leaves into the pot. Seal pot.heat for 5 minutes and place in Wonderbag. for an hour.
