1. Braise 1 large onion chopped in some oil and add 1 kg stewing beef pieces.
2. Once meat is browned add salt and pepper and some stock and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Add quartered potatoes, a few diced carrots and some frozen peas.
5. Place in Wonderbag and allow to slow cook for at least 3 hours.
Serve with rice
The longer you leave it the more tender the meat becomes.. EnJoY
