Chop a large butternut, 2 sweet potatoes/potatoes, 3 Granny smith Apples, Place into a oven tray coat with a tablespoon of oil and roast in a hot preheated oven on highest heat till cooked and soft inside.
Puree with blender till smooth the Vegetables & fruit when they come out of oven with 2 cups or more of water.
Add the pureed Mixture to the braised onion in pot.
