Add spices (Chilli POwder, jeera, koljana powdered, tumeric, and freshly pounded garlic and ginger paste) jeera seeds also great option. 1 tsp tamarind add some water and allow masala to simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the slices of fresh snoek.. Allow to cook for 3 minutes..top with fresh coriander and place in wonderbag to continue cooking the fish In Bag minimum about an hour or 2 Ready and steaming hot..and fish is soft and succulent..not dry
